Harm de Vries (1970) is co-founder of Innovation Industries. Previously, Harm co-founded and managed three early stage VC funds with a university focus; the Erasmus MC Biomedical Fund, the Life Sciences Fund Amsterdam and the Twente Technology Fund.
Harm started his career as an attorney in Amsterdam and as corporate counsel at LSP, a leading European life sciences fund. He serves at the board of several technology companies, is member of the Technology Transfer Board at TNO and is member of the Review Board of Start-Life (Wageningen University).
In 2005, Harm authored the guidebook ‘Venture Capital Term Sheets’ (publ. by Reed Elsevier) and in 2016 Harm published the book ‘Venture Capital Deal Terms’.
