Until 2008, Nard (1969) gained in-depth business management experience in the international high-tech industry. He fulfilled several executive management positions at Philips, NXP and other (international) corporations in the Netherlands, USA and Asia.
In these roles, building new businesses, sometimes preceded by a turn-around, was a common theme. After his ‘corporate years’, Nard has been active in the Dutch high-tech start-up and scale-up scene as entrepreneur, private investor and interim manager.
In 2010, Nard co-founded the Twente Technology Fund, a regional early stage high-tech venture capital fund, combining capital with hands-on support. Based on the best practices of this fund, he later co-founded Innovation Industries. Nard holds board positions at several high-tech companies.
